The two main factors that influence this process are perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease-of-use (PEOU). Over the decades, a variety of theories and models have been developed to address this prob-lem. In 1989, Davis(1989) proposed the technology acceptance model(TAM) to explain and predict user’s behaviour to use a technological innovation, specifically in user acceptance of an information technology. the Technology Acceptance Model has been the only one which has captured the most attention of the Information Systems community. Thus, it is essential for anyone willing to study user acceptance of technology to have an understanding of the Technology Acceptance Model.
